How it Works
STEP 1
Book a Quote
If you're moving house or office, we will send a surveyor to your property to gauge your needs and give you a fixed quote. If you’re after our storage facilities, call us and we’ll quote you over the phone.
Our Man & A Van service is simply charged by the hour.
STEP 2
Packing & Preparation
Got packing under control?
That's great! You can skip this step.
However, if you decide you want some help, then we will send out our team of trained professionals the day before your move, with everything needed to get your items ready.
STEP 3
Collection
We’ll arrive first thing in the morning on the agreed date of moving.
Our expert team will load-up and strap-down all your possessions so they're safe and ready for the journey. Don’t worry about access or parking, this would have been covered in Step 1.
STEP 4
Transport
We'll safely transport your items to your drop-off location.
Insurance is included in all our quotes, however if you have high-value items you're looking to transport, such as paintings or jewelry, we offer specialist services to help put you at ease during your move.
STEP 5
Drop Off
Once we arrive at your destination, we will unload any boxes into their specified rooms for you to unpack.
We will also re-assemble any furniture we broke down for the journey. This also applies to any items being returned from our storage facilities.
STEP 6
Unpacking
Sometimes being left with a house full of boxes is just as scary as the move itself. But not to worry, our friendly crew are more than happy to help.
If requested, our team will assist you in unpacking and arranging your items until you're satisfied.
